Member of development team consisting of Software Developers, Graphical Artists, and Information System Designers with primary focus on the creation of instructional courseware and governmental contract work. Notable projects/responsibilities include:

  • Participate in the design and creation of complex Flash-based medical training software including full, game-level simulations.
  • Development of numerous Flash interactives and mini-games for web-based courses. Examples include drag and drop, fill in the blank, and course-specific customized interactives.
  • Support of course creation tool, and components including CSS, XML, and HTML, as well as the set up and maintenance of course development environments.

Penn DOT Equipment Division Training Section

Utilized technical skills in the areas of web development and basic IT support for the Training Section of the Equipment Division. Notable projects/responsibilities included:
  • Updated the Equipment Division’s intranet sites, formalized documentation, and worked with the IT department’s personnel to document update procedures.
  • Responsible for the creation and documentation of a new database for the Training Section and instructing appropriate personnel on its use.
  • Designed, presented, and implemented a new intranet site for the Training Section. Presented new design to administration, which was accepted as new model for intranet sites.
